Fulfillment Policy
Austin Devs offers fractional CTO services, providing an experienced
and skilled Chief Technology Officer on a part-time basis to assist businesses with their technology
strategies and operations.
To engage our service, clients can reach out to us through our
website, email, or phone. We will schedule an initial consultation to understand the client's needs
and goals.
During the consultation, we will conduct a thorough needs assessment
to identify the specific technology challenges and opportunities the client faces. This will help us
determine the scope of work required.
Based on the needs assessment, we will develop a customized proposal
outlining the recommended approach, deliverables, timelines, and cost for the fractional CTO
services.
Once the client approves the proposal, we will provide a detailed
agreement that includes the terms and conditions, service level agreements, and any other relevant
contractual terms. The client will review, sign, and return the agreement.
We will assign a fractional CTO from our team who possesses the
necessary skills and expertise to address the client's specific needs. The assigned CTO will work
closely with the client to ensure effective collaboration.
We will establish clear service level agreements (SLAs) that define
the expected deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. These SLAs will vary depending on the
specific requirements of each client engagement.
We will maintain regular communication channels with the client,
including scheduled meetings, email updates, and progress reports. This ensures transparency and
allows for effective tracking of project milestones and outcomes.
We prioritize the confidentiality and security of our clients'
information. Our fractional CTOs are bound by non-disclosure agreements, and we have robust data
security measures in place to protect sensitive data.
If there are any changes in the scope of work or requirements, we
will work closely with the client to assess the impact and determine the necessary adjustments. This
may involve a change request process and potential adjustments to the agreement and fees.
If either party wishes to terminate the engagement, a notice period
will be specified in the agreement. We will ensure a smooth transition or handover of
responsibilities to minimize any disruption to the client's operations.

continuously improve our services. We may conduct surveys, hold feedback sessions, or implement
other feedback mechanisms to gather valuable insights.
